On January 7, 2011, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services
proposed a reduction in the
recommended fluoride level to 0.7 milligrams
per liter of water from the 1962 standard of 0.7 to 1.2 milligrams per
liter. The Environmental Protection Agency announced it would also review
their maximum cutoff of 4 milligrams per liter to see if that is too
high. Federal officials have finally acknowledged that millions of
children are being overexposed to fluoride. Numerous independent studies
have linked excessive fluoride exposure to osteosarcoma (bone
cancer), neurotoxicity, disruption of thyroid function, risk of bone
disease, lowered IQ’s, bone fractures, skeletal fluorosis (very
painful and crippling disease), in addition to dental fluorosis
(mottling and pitting of tooth enamel, white lines or streaks on tooth
enamel ). Long term scientific evidence over the past 50+ years now
shows that excess fluoride shortens our life span, promotes
various cancers and even mental disturbances. Here are some other

Sodium fluoride is commonly used as rat poison
Fluoride was used by the Nazis to sterilize inmates and make
them docile
Fluoride is a key "dumbing-down" ingredient of Prozac
Fluoride is used in Sarin nerve gas and many other medications
Experiments showed fluoride damages the brains and kidneys of
rats
Fluoride collects in the pineal gland, resulting in

But this article is not about how dangerous fluoride is.
I wanted to use this recent event to give you a "wholistic"
60,000 ft. view of what is going on behind the scenes that
may affect the health of you, your family and your pets.
50 years ago, my dear mother was involved in the protest
against fluoridating our local drinking water. My mother had an
advanced degree in biology, she did work for the Atomic
Energy Commission and also in cancer research. With this
knowledge she knew the
short-term dangers of fluoride even before all the
long-term studies were
done. There was enough short-term evidence to know she did
not want her children being
unwitting participants in the grand "fluoridation of
society" experiment. While there were some local successes
in avoiding fluoridation, most major municipalities did go
the fluoridation route. Now that 50+ years of scientific
fluoridation data is complied, the experts (even at the EPA)
now agree with my mothers fears, fluoridation of drinking
water is not a good idea and can cause long term
consequences. Look at the symptoms (in bold type) above and
see if you can identify any of them in yourself, your family
or your pet. How happy are you that you, your children and
your pets were research subjects in this 50 year experiment?
There is another experiment going on of which you are also
an unwitting participant.
Did you know the government is close to approving
genetically modified organism (GMO)
salmon and
alfalfa for human consumption? What happens if 50 years
from now scientific evidence concludes GMO food has drastic
consequences just like fluoridation of our water? The U.S.
Department of Health and Human Services was able to reverse
their original recommendation and lower the levels of
fluoride. But once GMO food gets into our food chain, it
cannot be recalled or rescinded. Because of
cross-pollination and cross-breeding the effects of GMO food
will be permanently in our food chain.
Early GMO research showed GMO
food could produce
pre-cancerous cell growth in the digestive tract, smaller
growth of brains, liver and testicles, partial atrophy of
the liver and damaged to the immune system. In
experiments using the Flavor-Saver tomato stomach lesions
and even death in rats occurred. There has been an
explosion of both people and pets coming down with
allergies, cancer, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), Crohn’s
disease, celiac disease, colitis, megacolon, leaky gut
syndrome or other digestive disorders. Could all this be
related to the GMO crops of corn, soy, canola,
cotton,
Hawaiian papaya, some zucchini, crooked-neck squash, sugar
beets and tobacco that are already being consumed today
