If we are to become holistic in mind and body, we need to become
whole-brained. Traditionally a male is more left-brained and favors analysis,
competitiveness, assertiveness, power and control. Females, on the other hand
are traditionally right-brained and favor intuition, cooperation, passiveness,
nurturing and integration. Opportunities arise for a male to become more
right-brained when they take over the role of homemaker, child rearing, get laid
off, undergo a career change or mid-life transition. Opportunities for a female
to become more left-brained occur when she takes on a management position in the
corporate world, becomes a single parent, works in a traditionally male job or
participates in sports. Unfortunately, our society doesn't always honor these
opportunities and
give us the tools to accomplish this growth of our opposite side of the brain.
Fortunately, nature has given us an essential oil to help us balance the
left/right side of our brains.
Ylang ylang has been reported to balance the male-female energies so one can
move closer towards being in spiritual attunement (more holistic). Ylang ylang
allows for the greater focus of thoughts by filtering out the ever-present
negative frequencies. An additional benefit is it may help stimulate the adrenal
glands which is important when undergoing the stress of any of the above
situations.
Ylang ylang is very calming and relaxing and may help with anger, rage and low
self-esteem. It brings back the feeling of self-love, confidence, joy and peace.
No wonder this wonder oil is used in such blends as Clarity, Gathering,
Grounding, Motivation, Present Time, Harmony, Humility, Release, Forgiveness,
Inner Child, SARA, Joy, Legacy, Dream Catcher, and Sacred Mountain. Ylang Ylang
has also been reported to be used on the bed of newlyweds because of its
aphrodisiac qualities.
Would you like to take a safe, whole-food supplement that has helped
thousands of people with health problems such as heart disease, cancer,
diabetes, arthritis, fibromyalgia, liver disorders, depression, allergies,
endocrine disorders, etc.? This supplement is called BioSuperfood and it
contains blends
of the four best micro algae types found from over 25,000 available on earth.
You may have heard of a common micro algae called Spirulina, that many people
buy at health food stores to enhance their health.
What makes BioSuperfood more powerful than the store-bought spirulina is the
specific blends of algae it contains—2 specific types of Spirulina as well as
Astaxanthin and Dunaliella. The nutraceutical strength and level of antioxidants
in BioSuperfood far exceeds any other brand of Spirulina available. Also, it is
grown in carefully controlled conditions, so it is never contaminated with heavy
metals or other pollutants, as some wild-grown Spirulina can be.
The BioSuperfood blends were developed over years of research on animals by a
top Soviet scientist, Dr. Michael Kiriac. He then used these blends to heal
family members of pancreatic cancer as well as help child leukemia victims of
the Chernobyl disaster. After the fall of the Soviet Union, he immigrated to
Canada and later began manufacturing BioSuperfood for sale, first in Canada and
later in the U.S.
We use BioSuperfood not just for ourselves, but for our animals. One of our
cats, who was dying of kidney disease, showed revived health after just a day or
two of BioSuperfood. Unfortunately she was killed a week later by a dog so we
don’t know what would have happened long-term with her health. Our remaining cat
was suffering from a hypothyroid condition and her thyroid levels measured
normal after three months on BioSuperfood. We recommend that both people and
their animals take BioSuperfood daily to maintain and improve health.
Some of the benefits of taking BioSuperfood include:
One of the richest sources of chlorophyll, well-known for its
anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory benefits
Powerful immunity and toxin shield with up to 1000 times the antioxidants
found in Vitamin E and 40 times the carotene in carrots
Superior protection against the symptoms of aging
Replaces the need for most multivitamins and supplements
Daily intake gives you at least your five servings of fruits and
vegetables
More than 4,000 natural active enzymes that contribute to efficient
digestion, greater assimilation of nutrients and elimination of toxins
High levels of essential fatty acids, the “good fats that heal”
High levels of minerals, alpha-carotene, beta-carotene and phycocyanin
Eliminates excess accumulation of heavy and toxic metals

Kate is a nationally-known animal communicator and author, located in
Boulder. A few months ago we featured Kate's earlier books,
Conversations with
Cat and
Conversations with Dog. Her new book on horses has just been released
and it received high accolades from Linda Tellington-Jones, the founder of
Tellington Touch work for animals. Linda, who has worked with horses all her
life, said this about Kate's book: "This is one of the most profound horse
books of our time. Kate brings us ancient wisdom about the role of horses as our
teachers and ways to trust and open our hearts like no other messenger. It is a
must-read for every person who loves horses regardless of whether you ride or
not."
