Idaho Balsam Fir

This is a new essential oil just recently created by Young Living Essential Oils. It is a welcome discovery for those who suffer from sore muscles and body aches due to exercise.* Idaho Balsam Fir is a therapeutic-grade conifer oil distilled in northern Idaho. This is one of the five oils reported in the Bible to have been used by Jesus. Possible benefits include:

I used this on the long drive home from Salt Lake City to Denver. Normally, I would need a massage the next day to relieve the muscle tightness built up from driving. I massaged Idaho Balsam Fir oil on my neck and shoulders each time I stopped at a rest stop and this alleviated the tightness so that I did not need a massage. I have continued to use it since then on my neck to relieve chronic tightness caused by old whiplash injuries and find it very effective for this.

Originally located in a house, they moved into a new building a year ago which is specially designed to house the cats comfortably and be easy to clean, while providing excellent accommodations for visitors and staff. The cats even have porches they can go out on, to lounge in the fresh air and sunshine. Cat Care Society's staff is familiar with all the cats and can help match you up with a cat to fit your lifestyle and preferences. You can visit with all of the cats, who wander freely within their assigned areas. Even if you're not looking for a cat, you can have fun visiting with the cats at Cat Care. One client has a large, overweight Golden Retriever whose coat was dry and dull. She started her dog on Prosperous Pet Products dog food and after just 5 weeks, we saw a remarkable difference in the dog. Not only was his coat now silky and shiny but his disposition had changed. While he was always friendly and full of energy, his energy no longer had a "frantic" feel to it. He was still high energy but now his energy had a calmer feel to it. Book of the Month

We are fortunate to have the authors of this book living locally in Boulder, Colorado. They offer some excellent classes on natural animal care. The information on animals' social interaction is particularly valuable because it helps us understand how to interact with them better and thus avoid behavioral problems.
