BioSuperfood-f3, is the advanced Forté formula,
bio-algae concentrates product

which are super nutrients that can cross the blood-brain barrier. I learned
the hard
way how important feeding the brain is. Here are the ramifications when one
shorts the brain on the adequate nutrition it needs.
Back in 2002, I became an accidental entrepreneur
starting our Internet company, www.OptimumChoices.com,
offering holistic products and solutions for people and pets. I needed a lot
of creative ideas and bold action to leap from the corporate world, after
the 'dot.com' crash, to owning my own business. That same year I was also
introduced to BioSuperfood-f3, the single best superfood (NOT
an isolated supplement or drug) that I have ever taken. After
experimenting with this amazing superfood, I determined 5-6 capsules/day was
good for my (150 lbs.) body. Well, it obviously worked, as

pets. Then in 2012, I had an accidental slip & fall, sustaining a
concussion. The resultant mild Traumatic Brain Injury (mTBI) was like no
previous health challenge I had ever faced. None of the holistic remedies
and treatments I knew worked and Western medical science was not up to date
in brain injury treatment at that time. It has been only since the NFL
concussion lawsuit (2011) that Western medical science has devoted
significant money to brain research. New concepts of brain neuroplasticity

Deficient Astaxanthin Consequences
In order not to run out, I started rationing my
remaining BioSuperfood-f3 and substituting BioSuperfood-f1 instead. I took 4
capsules of BioSuperfood-f3 and 2 capsules of BioSuperfood-f1 per day. This
was almost a 50% reduction of BioSuperfood-f3, with its abundant
antioxidants, super nutrition for the brain. Here is what I experienced
after reducing my daily intake of BioSuperfood-f3:

Not able to handle business stress and
uncertainty of COVID-19 life as well, causing more neck and shoulder

Astaxanthin Benefits
Although
WebMD said more evidence is needed to rate the effectiveness of
astaxanthin, here is a list of potential benefits:

Indigestion (dyspepsia). May reduce reflux symptoms in people with
indigestion, especially due to the H.

Based on our holistic research and the
potential benefits from
WebMD, now I see why I experienced the above decline in my mTBI
recovery after decreasing BioSuperfood-f3. So, why did I choose to take less
capsules/day and substitute BioSuperfood-f1, instead of the more potent
BioSuperfood-f2 or even
BioPreparation-F3+ (for pets) that I recommended to all our clients?
Because we already had an opened bottle of BioSuperfood-f1 on hand and I did
not want to waste it. By saving money using up our BioSuperfood-f1, I spent
more money on chiropractic adjustments, osteopathic manipulation treatment,
bodywork massage, anxiety and depression remedies.
Holistic Lesson
As the old British saying goes, "Do not be
penny wise and pound foolish." To save a few pennies by using an old bottle
of BioSuperfood-f1, which has 50% or less of Astaxanthin compared to
BioSuperfood-f3, I incurred headaches from subluxations, TMJ pain, decreased
stamina and energy, anxiety,

and blood sugar levels. We suggest the
