Research
shows there may be a link between EMFs (Electromagnetic Frequencies) generated
by high-voltage power transmission lines, radio antennas, TV transmission and
microwave towers. But if one doesn't live near such EMF generators, should one
be concerned about EMFs? Think about this recent fact: more people have cell
phones today than land-line telephones. It is estimated that there are over one
billion cell phone users worldwide. Now add to that cell phone usage the
following:
|
PDA Smartphones with Internet access |
Walkmans |
|
Wireless home telephone handsets and base stations |
Radios |
|
Wireless Internet routers |
iPods |
|
Desktop computers and monitors |
Alarm clocks |
|
Wireless keyboards & mice |
Coffee makers |
|
Laptops (most with wireless capabilities) |
Toasters |
|
Scanners, fax and multifunction machines |
Hair dryers |
|
Paper copiers |
Refrigerators |
|
Fluorescent lights |
Microwave ovens |
|
TVs and HDTVs |
Video game consoles |
We are constantly being bombarded by harmful EMFs (electromagnetic
frequencies) from these devices. The side effects of EMFs (electromagnetic
frequencies) have been shown in research to disrupt the body's normal rhythm.
These harmful EMF waves, therefore, affect the body's biochemical communication
processes which include our immune and entire endocrine (glandular) systems.
According to studies, these dangerous electromagnetic fields (EMFs) can lead to
a significant increase in blood pressure, defective cell metabolism, tissue and
DNA damage and even affect the biological processes of the brain as measured in
electroencephalograms (EEGs). This could be an invisible cause of every day
stress and fatigue. Everyone needs protection from these dangers of EMFs
(electromagnetic frequencies) including our pets.
Could EMFs cause a person's adrenal glands or thyroid to become dysfunctional?
Probably not by themselves unless you live near one of the strong EMF generators
mention above. But consider this: what if one had a pre-genetic disposition to
weak adrenals or thyroid gland or one's diet did not properly nourish those
glands or one had a particularly stressful job and worked long hours to deplete
those glands? Could the EMF waves now be a contributing factor to adrenal
fatigue, malfunctioning thyroid gland, lack of sound sleep patterns,
restlessness, irritability and poor metabolism? We think the answer is, YES.
The effects of EMF radiation from old fashion cathode ray tube computer
monitors was graphically demonstrated to me when I replaced the two that we had
in our office with flat panel LCD monitors. The two cathode ray tube computer
monitors were on opposite walls facing each other (7 ft apart) while I sat in
between the two desks. I frequently rolled from one computer to the other. As
someone pointed out, this was like sitting in between two microwave generating
towers. I was frying my body in between these two EMF generating devices. After
replacing the conventional computer monitors with two LCD flat panel monitors, I
no longer had trouble getting to sleep at night after working on the computers
past midnight (bad habit!). My body was less stressed and my moods were better.
This proved to me that EMF-protecting devices such as the Q-Link pendants and
Bioprotec chips are needed to mitigate the disruptive effects of EMF-generating
appliances we use every day. I wear a Q-Link pendant and have Biopreotc chips on
all our cell phones, PDAs, wireless office and
home phones and laptop computer to reduce stress, produce greater focus and
promote better sleep. I even put one on our sensitive Chihuahua mix, Mikki.

Upon receiving our first shipment of Bioprotec Cell Phone Chips, BioProtec All-Purpose Chips and Bioprotec All-Purpose Super Chips, I unpacked them and laid them on my desk next to the laptop to count. Our newly adopted cat, Cajun, promptly laid down directly on top of the Bioprotec All-Purpose Super Chip and put his head on the pile of Bioprotec Cell Phone Chips and literally fell asleep. So, the Bioprotec chips have been field tested by our cat and I can confirm that they do indeed alleviate the harmful effects of electromagnetic frequencies (EMFs) and radiation waves emanating from my laptop, wireless keyboard and mouse on my desk. I guess we need to get Cajun a Q-Link Pet Link pendant.

The Body Electric: Electromagnetism and
the Foundation of Life
|
If you think the concepts that our bodies have energy fields or that electromagnetic fields could have an effect on our health is a bunch of New Age "hooey" with no scientific foundation, you'll learn otherwise when you read this book. This ground-breaking book, first published in 1985, describes the pioneering research of Dr. Robert Becker who discovered that electrical fields are used by animals to regenerate limbs and by humans to mend broken bones. At the time he was conducting this research, he was ostracized by the scientific community for his unconventional thinking. However, by the time I broke my wrist in 1988, his findings on bone regeneration had been proven and were being used by mainstream medical doctors in devices like the electrical bone stimulator that I wore on my wrist to facilitate its healing (which I found very exciting having recently read his book). His work helped legitimize the concept that electromagnetic fields exist in and affect the body. Dr. Becker also became very concerned about the effects of "electropollution" on the body, which he discusses at greater length in his follow-up book, Cross Currents.
