for Thought Seminars After
this seminar you'll understand how the "genius within" restores
homeostasis and supports more efficient cellular regeneration. You will know
more about cellular nutrition then most physicians and even naturopaths with
advanced degree. With the proven facts and many examples, you will have the
knowledge and resulting confidence to use this "new" age principle of "let
thy micro food be thy medicine" for yourself, your loved ones or your
clients.
Last month in Part 1, we went over the
differences between drugs, supplements and whole food products. Drugs and almost all
supplements consist of extracts and high concentrations of only the active
ingredients. The advantages of this are quick results and elimination of symptoms.
The disadvantages are potential
side effects, a
dependency on the product and
never taking care of the original cause of the symptom or disease. On the
other hand, whole food products
(like BioSuperfood and
BioPreparation) do not contain high therapeutic doses of
any one ingredient but are a collection of many super nutrients that
work in synergy with each other to activate the body's own natural
ability to heal.
Next, we discussed how studies show that it
generally takes at least
90 days for any permanent change in the body to take effect. This includes
changing personal habits, quitting smoking, dieting to lose weight, results from
natural supplements, etc. Although they look like supplement capsules
and
are taken like supplement pills, BioSuperfood and BioPreparation are NOT supplements,
therefore one's previous experience and results with supplements cannot be used
in evaluating BioSuperfood/BioPreparation. A
paradigm shift must occur in order
to be able to appreciate these revolutionary products.
This month, I would like to stress how important diet is in getting
results, by using a very common example,
lipomas (fatty tumors) in people as well as lipomas in pets.
One of our customers started on
BioSuperfood because they had 20+ lipomas (fatty tumors) all over their
body. They admitted their diet has not always been good. They tried many
lipoma remedies (supplements) over the years with no success. After
taking BioSuperfood for a little over 30
days, they reported flatulence and a change in their stools. From my
holistic perspective, I told them this was a very good sign that the
super nutrition in BioSuperfood was working to awaken their sluggish
colon. If their large intestine is coated with gunk or sludge (plaque)
from years of eating a bad diet (e.g., fast foods, fried foods (with
trans fatty acids), artificial sweeteners, chemical preservatives, etc.)
then wastes cannot be properly eliminated. If the colon, kidneys and
liver are not properly eliminating wastes and toxins, then the body
makes use of the largest excretory organ, the skin. The fatty deposits
under the skin are a sign the body cannot eliminate all its wastes
properly. It’s like sweeping the dirt underneath
the rug when you don’t know what to do with it. The fatty tumor
(lipoma) is that lump of
dirt under the rug (skin). So, the body has taken the first step in
eliminating the lipomas by increasing the efficiency of the colon. A
reasonable assumption is that the efficiency of the kidneys and liver
have also increased, although no visible signs may be present. How much
longer before the customer realizes a reduction in the lipomas, now
depends on how long it takes for the body to reach 100% efficiency (or
close to it) in eliminating wastes. It can be different for everyone but
if it took years to accumulate the 20+ lipomas, then one should expect
at least 6-12 months before a significant reduction in the lipomas are
seen.
Another customer purchased
BioPreparation to help
eliminate her dog's multiple lipomas. They told us they feed a popular,
name brand dog food purchased at the grocery store and a very popular
dog treat.
Here
are the ingredients of the dog food: Salmon, brewers rice, pearled barley, oat meal, corn gluten meal,
animal fat preserved with mixed-tocopherols (form of Vitamin E), fish
meal, salmon meal, animal digest... Out of the first 5 ingredients above, 4/5
are grains or carbohydrates. Based on our
research, biologists tell us dogs are carnivores and need 60-80%
meat protein to be healthy. How can a dog get that proper meat protein
ratio, when 4 out of the first 5 ingredients are carbohydrates? The last
ingredient mentioned, animal digest, really raised a red flag. Animal
digest is produced by "chemically or enzymatically treating animal
tissue (such as flesh, bone, organs, etc.) from slaughterhouses and
other sources, in a process akin to rendering. One expert defined this
as "a cooked-down broth" which can be made from unspecified parts of
unspecified animals. The animals used can be obtained from almost any
source and no control is in place over quality or contamination. Any
kind of animal can be included: "4-D animals" (dead, diseased, disabled,
or dying prior to slaughter), goats, pigs, horses, rats, euthanized at
animal shelters, restaurant and supermarket refuse and so on."
(source–Wikipedia). Based on this dog's diet, one can see why the body
has a need to deposit wastes and unneeded ingredients in fatty deposits
(lipomas) under the skin.
Here
are the ingredients of the dog's treats: Wheat Flour, Beef Meal and Beef
Bone Meal, Sugar, Cooked Bone Marrow (Preserved With BHA, BHT and Citric
Acid), Dried Digest of Poultry By-products, Beef Fat Preserved With
Tocopherols, Salt, Cornstarch... Based on the fact that the
chemical preservatives of BHA and BHT are suspected carcinogens, we
highly suggest avoiding any product containing these
preservatives.
"By-products" can contain feet, heads, beaks, hides and hooves. Are
these quality ingredients or would they create excess wastes the body
needs to get rid of? We gently suggested to the customer that they would
get much quicker and better results with their dog's lipomas, if they
improved the choices of what went into their dog's diet.
Surgery,
liposuction, salve and steroid injections are allopathic "fixes"
for lipomas while
supplements, herbs and ointments are natural "fixes" but none
of these address the original cause of the lipomas (fatty tumors).
It is not sufficient to just take a pill and expect all lipomas to go
away.
Only by increasing the body's efficiency in eliminating wastes AND
improving the diet (not eating inappropriate ingredients), can a
permanent and holistic solution to lipomas (fatty tumors) be achieved.
Results can be expected when all facets of the body have been improved.
