Because of our low, mail order,
Internet prices and the amazing demand for our "wholistic"
consulting and
revolutionary products, we limit every inquiry (e-mail and
telephone) to 15 minutes in order to help all those in need.
After the first 15 minutes we charge our normal

fee. Please make use of all the free resources available 24

The COVID-19 challenges
for
BioSuperfood-f3 (180-capsules) for
people
have been resolved. The manufacturer has new stock of 180-capsule
bottles. The 60-capsule bottles will be back in stock by late fall
2020. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you have any
questions, please
e-mail us your personal needs and we will send you our best holistic
suggestions.
BioPreparation-F2+ for pets is also
back in stock.
The pet food recalls continue. The best "wholistic" suggestion to prevent
danger to your pet is — STOP feeding dry kibble dog food. In
our "wholistic" opinion, dry kibble dog food is the least nutritious form of
food to feed a carnivore. Furthermore, a majority of all pet food recalls is
with dry food. Canned food, freeze-dried food and raw food have a much lower
percentage of recalls. For the latest recalls, go to:
Dog Food Recalls or
FDA website

Contrary to what has been said politically and
in social media, the COVID-19 coronavirus is not going away anytime
soon, so we might as well get used to it. Here are my
"wholistic"
conclusions so far:
-
The COVID-19 coronavirus is real and not a
hoax or conspiracy. A recent study by the
Pew Research Center (October 2019–June 2020) found those who
rely mostly on social media for news are less engaged in life, less
knowledgeable, less likely to get the facts right about the
coronavirus and politics in general, and more likely to believe
unproven claims.
-
Because the COVID-19 coronavirus is new,
doctors do not know all there is about how infectious it is, how it
spreads, best practices to containing it and best medical treatment
yet. This is following the standard
scientific procedure of analysis
cycle.

The sooner we accept COVID pandemic life
and adjust to this new "normal" lifestyle, the less stress we will
have and the more balanced our immune system will be.
As I look at the above observations, it brings
back all the coping skills I learned and adjusted to in the first 1-2
years of my mTBI
recovery. Here are the main topics of those coping skills for a
new "normal."
Energy Efficiency
It does not do any good to blame, complain,
seek compensation, revenge, retribution or spread unscientific facts.
All the above takes emotional energy, action and will yield little
results (although it might make one temporarily feel good and in control
to vent). After my
mTBI (mild
Traumatic Brain Injury) I had less
energy
for daily tasks and no reserve brain energy after I burned out each day
in the afternoon.
So, when I quit spending energy on the detrimental actions above, I had
more energy to complete my daily tasks and my attitude was better (less
depressed).
The same is true for the COVID-19 pandemic. When I accept the fact that
certain places are still not open, the opened places may have limited
hours of operation, things I want may be out-of-stock, I have to
practice social distancing and wear a facemask in public, etc. I have
more energy to efficiently complete my regular daily tasks and all the
new "normal" COVID-19 tasks I need to accomplish. Use your energy
efficiently when coping with COVID-19 requirements, instead of
complaining about them.
Rules of Engagement Changed
It takes time and energy to learn the new
rules. It is like switching from baseball to football or learning how to
play
tennis
and then taking golf lessons. Give yourself more time to learn and adapt
to the new rules. Allow more time to get your daily chores done. After my
mTBI, I found it always took longer than I expected to complete the
day's task. As a consequence, I was always late. So I tried to never
over-commit myself, thus avoiding frustration and disappointment. I used
to routinely schedule 2-4 appointments in one day to get everything
done out-of-the-office at once. Now with limited mTBI energy for daily
tasks and no reserve brain energy, I only schedule one appointment per
day, with a maximum of two allowed. After four months into the COVID-19
pandemic life-style, I only schedule one doctor's appointment, shopping
trip or errand per day. This also limits my daily exposure to those who
may be COVID-19 asymptomatic or pre-symptomatic that refuse to wear a
facemask.
After each event I can come home to wash my hands and get a clean
facemask. The key is to accept the circumstances I cannot do anything
about, accept my limited mTBI energy reserve and adapt my life-style
habits as best I can to the COVID-19 restrictions.
More Rest Needed
With more to do and less time to do it, the
typical male ego response is to just "push (power) through it."
But with
a
brain injury, it is like operating a cell phone with a 5 year old
battery—it never lasts all day long without a recharge. In the beginning
of my mTBI recovery I had to take 1-2 hour naps every single afternoon,
just to function at night. Eight years later I now have more stamina to
only need 30-60 minute naps and not necessarily every day. So with
COVID-19 restrictions and extra safety precautions needed, I suggest everyone
get 7-8 hours of sleep. Research shows a sleep-deprived body is always
going to be immune compromised. I also suggest the average person
(without a brain injury) give themselves some daily downtime to rest,
whether it be a nap or unplugging from work for at least 30-60 minutes
every day (exercise, walk, meditate, play with the children or pets,
commune with your significant other, yard work, hobby, etc.). While your
mind will think, "I can't afford to do that," your heart and body
(immune system) will
say, "thank you."
Optimize Your Immune System
Since the immune system is made up of many
complex factors, how does one determine the appropriate immune component
to "boost" for COVID-19? In the Western medical paradigm, we give the
blue pill if values are too high (suppress) or the red pill if values
are too low (boost). This is clearly the product doing the work,
requires a myriad of tests and exact knowledge of how COVID-19 infects
the body. Since doctors are still learning how COVID-19 affects the
body, can we really know which is the correct immune component to
"boost"? For example, the latest research shows one should not
artificially boost cytokines because a COVID infection could create a
"cytokine storm." From our holistic research and advice from our acupuncturist,
we have identified
holistic
measures (Vitamin C, glutathione, andrographis, elderberry syrup, etc.) we would take if
we got COVID-19 but what can one do as overall prevention?
Our best wholistic suggestion is to take whole
superfood
products (BioSuperfood-f3,
Cellular PSP, etc.) that nourish
ALL the glands and organs of the WHOLE body, so that ALL your body's
systems (not just your immune system) is totally balanced and optimized
for any infectious outbreak (viral,
bacterial, fungal or parasitic).
The New "Normal"
True "wholistic" wellness is not something to
turn on when one (or their pet) gets sick and turn off
otherwise. That
is what we call just
supplementing the symptoms. With this global
COVID-19 pandemic sticking around for a while, take this opportunity to
change your lifestyle and make good immune-enhancing and
life-sustaining decisions, for yourself and your 2-legged and 4
-legged family. With the "new normal" if we just consider the other
person's needs,
we can collectively prevent the transmission of COVID-19 and save
ourselves, our pets, the economy (without another shutdown) and the
world.
